We are an American owned company founded by Spencer Willey and Ben Kronshage, both natives of the greater Houston, Texas metroplex. When they get a break from the world of recruitment, you can find them on the golf course or spending time with their friends and family. 

Two graduates of the University of Mississippi Business School, Ben and Spencer entered the industry with a vision to build a "client-focused" organization that could change people's lives.
