Spencer is the Co-Founder and CEO of American Edge, a company he built on the belief that a winning culture and a client-first mindset drive long-term success. He founded American Edge Partners with a commitment to putting clients at the center of every decision and creating a business rooted in performance, relationships, and service.

 

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, Spencer began his career in the recruiting industry, working with several large multinational recruitment firms before launching American Edge Partners from his kitchen table.

 

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Spencer is an avid sports fan who can often be found cheering on Ole Miss football and baseball, the Houston Astros, and the Houston Texans. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and with his dog, Tucker, as well as with friends and family.
