After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, Spencer began his career in the recruiting industry, working with several large multinational recruitment firms before launching American Edge Partners from his kitchen table.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Spencer is an avid sports fan who can often be found cheering on Ole Miss football and baseball, the Houston Astros, and the Houston Texans. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and with his dog, Tucker, as well as with friends and family.
Ben is the President and Co‑Founder of American Edge Partners, established in 2024 with a simple but powerful belief: when a company puts its clients and employees first, long‑term success naturally follows. Guided by that philosophy, Ben leads the organization with a focus on trust, transparency, and delivering meaningful value on every project.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, alongside his two brothers, Ben grew up with a strong appreciation for hard work, integrity, and community. Principles that continue to shape his leadership today. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2016 with a degree in Business Marketing, laying the foundation for a career built on strategic thinking and relationship‑driven growth.

Ty Dalton
Director of Sales
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Ty grew up around the construction industry through his family's involvement in home building, which provided an early appreciation for the people and projects that shape communities. After college, he transitioned into recruiting and has spent the past four years specializing in construction recruitment, helping contractors connect with talent across the heavy civil, infrastructure, site development, and utility markets.
Prior to his recruiting career, Ty played collegiate basketball at the University of Akron and Houston Baptist University, experiences that helped develop the discipline, competitiveness, and relationship-building skills he applies in his professional work today.
Outside of work, Ty enjoys playing and watching sports, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
